Mary Frances Commander, 76, of Ingleside, Texas, passed away peacefully at home on October 22, 2025.
She was born on November 22, 1948 in Aransas Pass, Texas to JM and Annie Commander. Mary lived a life filled with laughter, music and deep connections with everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. Mary was known for her vibrant spirit and the way she could light up any room she entered, Her joy for life was infectious and her signature laugh was unmistakable.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents; son, Wesley "Buddy" Fahrenthold, sister Joy Earlan DuBose; and brother, Arlin "Pinky" Commander.
Mary is survived by her daughters, Melodie Fahrenthold and Lauren Commander, grandsons, Brandon Fahrenthold, Skyler Fahrenthold, and Gage Mauch, granddaughter, Jordan Fahrenthold along with great-granddaughter, Kendall Fahrenthold.
Memorial Service will be held at 10AM, November 14, 2025, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass, Texas with Rev. Steve Keighley of Gateway Christian Center officiating.
