Becky was predeceased by her father Charles D Hoyt, Sr. and her brother Charles D Hoyt, Jr. as well as by her grandparents Charles E. and Edna B. Frisbee, George and Ella Hoyt. A long list of uncles and aunts who all played a part in her life: Weldin and Marion Wait, George and Linda Hoyt, Irving and Janet Kuenzli, David and Diane Hoyt, Donald Hoyt, Willard Schultheis, Jerry Rosenberger, cousin George Hoyt Jr, and Charles Hulbert.
She is survived by her loving mother, Loretta Hoyt (Frisbee) and two sisters Bonnie (Jay) Dilorenzo and Ellie (Jason) Thuerer and Ellie's children Jacob, Tyler and Samantha and their spouses and children. Becky loved Aanya, Carter, Kiarra, Lucy, Troy, Cain, and Wade, cuddling them as often as she could and making baby blankets for them. There are many aunts and uncles, cousins and friends that Becky loved dearly.
Becky was a proud Owego Indian graduate (86), and cheered her nephews as they played on Indian teams. She was an avid reader of John Grisham books, loved movies of all kinds and made cross stitch blankets for her special ones. When she wasn't doing any of those things she enjoyed day trips with her family and the special vacations to the ocean. She loved her God, her nation and her family with all her heart. She fought her cancer bravely and often encouraged others in their battle. She will be missed by her family and friends.
Becky's family with receive friends and family at Richards Funeral Home, Rte. 17c West, Owego, NY on Tuesday July 29, 2025 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. A Memorial Service will begin at 3:00pm with Rev. Jerry Terry of Calvary's Love, Johnson City, NY officiating.
Those who wish to wear Red in her honor, please do so. If you know you know. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her honor to Coburn Free Library www.coburnfreelibrary.org , Owego or the American Cancer Society www.cancer.org . Please share your memories at www.RichardsFH.com
