As a fun-loving woman, she loved to spend time having fun with her nephews and great niece. She was always known to dress for holiday fun and was famous for her brownies that were always part of desert at holiday gatherings! Ruth was a woman of strong faith who shared her faith openly with her family and friends and those she would meet along the way. In recent years, she became a prayer warrior for several friends who were facing challenges. She was also generous with her time to help family members and neighbors without hesitation.
