Stephen Kunik Obituary
Stephen C. Kunik, age 48, passed away in the early hours of Sunday July 21, 2024 at UPMC Hamot. Stephen was a much loved husband, father, son, brother, and friend. His smile and kind heart will be much missed by all who knew him.
Stephen was preceded in death by his mother, Mary F. Kunik; uncles Richard Kunik and Fred Muroff; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 22 years, Laura, his son Haiden, father Thomas Kunik and 3 siblings: Tricia Polon, Eric Kunik (Lana), and Nicholas Kunik (Laura), all of Erie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Burton Quinn-Scott Cremation and Funeral Services.
Funeral and burial will be private.
A Celebration of Life is to be held Friday, August 30, 2024 from 5-7pm at 5120 Grubb Road.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Second Harvest Food Bank, 1507 Grimm Dr., Erie, PA 16501.
