He went to school in Hamlin, Texas. He graduated from Hamlin High School. He worked for Santa Fa Railroad and worked in construction. He was a veteran of Vietnam and served in the Air Force for two years.
Stonie Ross Price is preceded in death by his parents Ted and Emma Jane Price and his brother Teddy Lewis Price.
Stonie Ross Price is survived by his brothers Jimmy Price his daughter Melody Lynn Smith, husband Jay Smith and their two sons Jason Smith and Nathan Smith in Nacogdoches Texas and son Ace Price and three children and Cecil Price (Betty) and their two sons Cecil Price and Jason Price of San Antonio, Texas, sisters Sarah Lackey of Llano, Texas and Barbara Young of San Saba, Texas and her daughter Janie Beth Young of Cherokee, Texas.
Interment Services will be held at Cherokee Cemetery on October 23, 2024, at 11:00 AM.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Heritage Funeral Home of San Saba.
