Teodoro Gaddi "Ted" Toledo Jr.

Teodoro Gaddi "Ted" Toledo, Jr., 78, of Prospect passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 12, 2025.
He was born on March 11, 1947, in Manilla, Philippines one of four children to the late Teodoro Toledo, Sr. and Agueda Gaddi Toledo. His loving wife of 50 years, Sherryl Kaye "Sherry" Birkhead Toledo and a sister, Adelaida "Aida" Gaddi Toledo preceded him in death.
Ted retired from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. He was a graduate of Louisville Male High School, did his undergrad at Bellarmine College and received his MBA from Webster University. Ted was a member of St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, was a KY Wildcat Fan and was proud to be a Kentucky Colonel. Faith, family and friends were significantly important to
him, especially time spent with his grandchildren.
Ted is survived by his son, Dr. T. Keith Toledo (Mylene); daughter, Traci Evans (Jimmy), grandchildren, T. Dominic and Isabella Toledo; Clay and Vince Evans; and two sisters, Lynn Rothbauer (Carey) and Luz Williford.
His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday October 17, 2025, at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, 1395 Girard Drive, with burial to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Ratterman Funeral Home, 3711 Lexington Road, St. Matthews.
