Timothy Wielinski Obituary
Timothy Patrick Wielinski, age 67, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family on Wednesday morning, February 28, 2024. He was born in Toledo, Ohio, December 17, 1956, to parents, Leonard and Doris (Ellison) Wielinski who preceded him in death. Tim was a beloved Husband to Janet (Knaggs) Wielinski for 35 years, an extraordinary and caring Father to Clayton Wielinski, and proud Dziadzia/Grandfather to McCoy Wielinski.
Tim grew up living in the Polish Village (north end) amongst his siblings, Beverly Dickens, the late Ronald (Dorothy) Wielinski and Joseph (Sylvia) Wielinski. He attended St. Hedwig's for grade school before graduating from Woodward High School in 1974. Tim was a foreman for the City of Toledo, Sewer and Drainage division where he worked for over 30 years. There he built many meaningful and lifetime relationships. He was an avid Harley-Davidson rider and a long-time member of the Polish National Alliance & Polish Roman Catholic Union of America.
Tim loved camaraderie and always had a competitive heart. This was evident through his Basketball, Baseball/Softball, and even Dartball teams. The passion for athletics continued with him for his entire life, from coaching teams, to following his son's athletic career. When that was over, he could be spotted at many Evergreen sporting events and enjoyed watching those he loved to compete and succeed. Tim will be missed immensely by his immediate family, nieces, nephews, in-laws and vast amount of friends.
Family and friends may gather at the Reeb funeral Home, Sylvania, OH., Friday March 8, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until the memorial service begins at noon. Those wishing to make contributions to Ohio Living Health Hospice of Greater Toledo. Online condolences to reebfuneralhome.com

I am so sorry to hear of Tim´s passing. He was a great man and we had a lot of fun together at the races and hanging out with my dad. I know they are all getting reacquainted together. Love and peace all of those he had touched.
