William Bradley Stultz, age 42, passed away on Wednesday December 4, 2024 in IU Health Jay County Hospital after a sudden illness. Born in Bluffton on February 6, 1982 he was the son of Billie Long Girton. He was married on May 27, 2006 to Rachel Lowe who survives. Brad worked at FCC in Portland as assistant manager human resources. He was a 2000 graduate of Jay County High School and attended Ball State University. He was a member of the Rock Church, Portland Lions Club, United Way and loved traveling. He was a devoted husband, father and son and loved his friends and family.
Surviving is his wife Rachel, son Connor and daughter Nora, his mother Billie Girton of Portland, special sister Samantha Rhodehamel of Portland, In laws Dave and Linda Lowe of Dunkirk, sister in law Erin Bailey of Portland, brother in law Jusin Lowe (wife Danielle) of Farmersburg, IN. and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Tuesday December 10, 2024 at 11:00 AM in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Matt Ransom presiding. Visitation will be Monday from 3:00 – 7:00 PM and Tuesday from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. Memorials can be made to The Portland Lions Club.
