Bobbie Jean Singleton, wife of Bob Singleton was called home after a lengthy illness on, July 4, 2016. Bobbie and her husband resided in Kingwood the last 38 years, and previously, their home was in Shreveport, LA. They were active members of Second Baptist Church in Kingwood, TX. Bobbie had many friends and was loved by her church and neighbors. She is survived by her beloved husband of 71 years, Bob Singleton; two children: Rene Bowlin and Mike Singleton of Kingwood, TX; three grandchildren: Blaine Bowlin (Amanda) of Kingwood, TX., Joshua Singleton of Bossier City, LA., Christy Black (Joel) of Shreveport, LA.
Services were held Friday, July 8, 2016 at Darst Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 in Winslow, Indiana at Sunset Cemetery.
