Jack Cheeseman Obituary

Cheeseman Jack L. Cheeseman, age 82, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2015. Jack graduated from Dublin High School, Class of 1952; was an U.S. Navy Veteran; was employed by Jack's Appliance of Hilliard, Headlee Electric of Columbus, and retired from Mike Cheeseman Builders of New Albany. He was an avid sportsman, loved the Buckeyes, playing softball, bowling, and coaching in the Upper Arlington Youth Football League where he was better known as Coach "Grandpa Jack." Preceded in death by parents John and Flossie Cheeseman, wife Yvonne Cheeseman, siblings Malcolm, Lawrence, Donald, Harriett, Janet, Lois and Jane. Survived by children, Mike (Betsy) Cheeseman, Jeff (Trudy) Cheeseman, John (Teri) Cheeseman and Janet Querry; grandchildren, Sarah (John) Debolt, Luke, Jesse, Jordan, Jace, Chris, Tommy and Emily Cheeseman, Jenny and Ryan Querry; great grandchildren, Austin, Ava, Addison and Asher Debolt. Family will receive friends Saturday, August 22, 2015 from 1 p.m. until time of celebration of life service at 3 p.m. at Grace Polaris Church's DeArmy Center, 8225 Worthington-Galena Rd. in Westerville, OH 43081, with Dr. Buzz Inboden and Doug Dickson officiating.
