Andrew Jordan Asher, age 32, of Louisville Ky, returned to his Heavenly Father on Sunday October 16, 2022.
Andrew was born to Gary Asher and Ranee Powers in Louisville on August 8, 1990.
Andrew's love and passion for music began before he could walk or talk. Teaching himself how to play drums at age 7 and guitar at age 8. As a child Andrew loved attending music concerts, festivals, and NAM shows all around the country with his Dad and big brother Gary Jr. His favorite band as a child was KISS. As a teenager, Andrew began playing with his church bands and several local bands and continued into adulthood as he was recently on tour with gospel recording artist, Eddie James. His already amazing talent grew to be phenomenal and he quickly became well known throughout the music community as one of the best musicians of his time. Andrew's most proud of his custom pedal board he made with Kentucky Hot Brown Pedalboards just 2 years ago. He was also proud to be a Christian and loved serving and worshipping Jesus. In Drew's spare time he loved to share his wild sense of humor, be a jerk to those he loved most, and have jam sessions with friends.
Andrew is proceeded in death by his great grandmother, Arline Schwartz, grandmother's Peggy Wilson and Norma Waddell, uncle Steve Asher.
He is cherished and survived by his parents Gary (Christi) Asher, Ranee Powers,
brothers, Gary Asher Jr, Sean Swindler, Austin Priddy, Sisters, Amanda Asher, Aliyah Asher, 2 nephews, 4 nieces, and huge group of extended family and friends.
