Brett Berry Obituary

He is survived by his two sons who were the light of his life: Brett Lee Berry and Eli Joseph Berry; their mother, Keely Berry, who was a huge contributor to Brett's care to the very end; his only brother, Seth Berry (Amy) who was with him during every step of the way; nephews who he adored: Brandon Berry and Hayden Berry.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Denise Berry and his father, Larry D. Berry who was always his best friend! He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and many, many friends.
Brett was a resident of Helena, Alabama, at the time of his death and is formerly from Tuscaloosa, and a graduate of Hillcrest High School in 1992. Brett was a nurse who specialized in sleep disorders. After working for years in the emergency room at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, he worked for Snow Sleep Lab in Tuscaloosa and Sleep Disorder Centers of Alabama in Birmingham.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Berry, Hayden Berry, Danny Milligan, Thad Pate, Patrick Stallings and Edgar Acosta.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Brett's memory to Morgan Bailey, c/o TALKS Ministry, 48 Village Court, Dadeville, Alabama 36853.

To the cutest little boy I ever knew, and the nice young man that you had become. I loved chatting with you on Facebook and will miss you greatly. I offer my deepest condolences to your family, I know you will be missed terribly by all. Rest in Peace my man! Prayers for you in heaven.
