Chapman: Carla Marie Page Catlett, 71, passed away on the most beautiful fall day October 5, 2025. Born July 9, 1954 in Presque Isle, the daughter of Thomas and Marie (Ouellette) Page. She graduated Presque Isle High School in 1972 and ran wild into the world raising a family and living life to the fullest - returning to the land she loved. A devoted Mother and friend, Carla was always on the move creating, sharing, and giving. As an unabashed, self-proclaimed Maine Woman Carla loved the outdoors, the farm, her pets, and her community in sewing and knitting - shotgun in one hand, knitting needle in the other. She is survived by her daughter Terina Catlett and partner Bruce Smith of Dexter, and son Evan Catlett and wife Kacie of Lumberton, TX. Grandchildren; Hayden, Madelynn, Emma and Gage Catlett, and Janessa Smith. Brother Alan Page and partner Linda of Presque Isle, nephews Tyler and Alex and niece Marci and families, and very dear extended family in New Hampshire. She will be deeply missed by her circle of friends at Tim Hortons, people and a place she loved so much. Predeceased by her father Thomas in 2005 and mother Marie in 2015. To honor Carla, do as she would - plant a fruit tree, help a stranger, and be kind. A graveside service will be at St. Mary's Chapman Street Catholic Cemetery in the summer of 2026. Arrangements have been entrusted to Bowers Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Presque Isle. Online condolences may be shared at www.bowersfuneral.com
