Carla, Logan and Family-

I can't begin to express how saddened I was to hear the news about Chris. He was such an amazing person and had a huge influence on me over the past decade that I worked alongside him at U.S. Bank. I came to know Chris when I moved out to California in 2016. He was the first person I met. He was so welcoming, so kind, which made my move to the area that much easier. In fact, he even invited me to attend church with Carla and Logan over the holiday season in 2016. That was just Chris being Chris. Over the past decade Chris has been a mentor, confidant and friend. We always discussed our families, poked fun at one another and enjoyed having conversations over a range of topics. He was easy going, funny, caring and dedicated. I am a better banker, leader, and friend because of his influence. I will miss Chris immensely. My heart goes out to you, Carla, Logan, and all of Chris' family members. May he rest in peace.
