He encouraged and led me to the better path during SSM high school year. I was much trouble but he pulled me out of darkness and even led to me the Norwich univ. Heartfelt condolences to the families...

To the Cataldo Family: So sorry to hear of Henry's passing. We grew up and played football together in Franklin. He was a great kid and grew up to be even a better man. He will be missed. Take comfort in knowing he is sure in god's hands.

It was always a pleasure to be in Henry's company. His genuine smile and warm, friendly nature made you feel comfortable. I enjoyed working with Henry at Wooster School years ago. His children Spike and Caitlin were great friends with my sons. My deepest condolences to the Cataldo family.
Fondly, Mollie Kirkland and family

Heartbroken to see this news. Mr. C. was a true SSM legend, and I have such great memories of him. He was tough, but fair, and was one of those people who was born to be an educator. My deepest condolences go out to his family. I am grateful to have known him.

Mr. C was one of my dorm parents at Shattuck, and I'm so sorry to hear of his death. His influence, kindness, and "tough love" lessons all loom large in my memories of Shattuck -- I remember him dearly and wish I'd been in touch more recently. He was a great man and always believed in me and made me feel special, and he had such a great sense of humor too! My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.

Mr. C was the Dean of Students when I was at SSM. He always had an open door for us to come chat with him and I will always remember his famous "The honeymoon is over" speech he used to give at random assemblies throughout the years. He was a great educator and will be missed. Thanks Mr. C for always listening.

Mr. Carlao´s was the most influential teacher I´ve ever had. He helped me make independent studies on topics I was passionate about and took time out of his lunch to do that every week. He was able to show me that my true passion is history. I´m getting a degree in history and plan on teaching because of him. Thank you so much for everything Mr. C
