Homer Landers Obituary
Homer Joseph “Joe” Landers, age 78, passed away Monday, February 10, 2025, at the Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Virginia.
Born Thursday, June 20, 1946, in Fulton County, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Ralph and Laura Schooley Landers.
Joe was a graduate of Southern Fulton High School Class of 1964. He went on to work for AC&T in Hagerstown, Maryland, retiring in 2012.
He enjoyed working on farm equipment, especially his antique tractors. He also loved word search puzzles.
Joe is survived by his loving wife of fifty-nine years, Linda Divelbliss Landers of Mercersburg, PA; three children, Holly Landers of Warfordsburg, PA, Joseph Landers of Big Cove Tannery, PA, David and Michelle Landers of Mercersburg, PA; five grandchildren, Derek, Corey, Ashley, Logan, and Evan; and two brothers, Harry Landers, and Rodger Landers.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Lester Landers.
A celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family.
