Jacqueline Taylor Keller, 82, of Uniontown passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on February 21, 2026. She was welcomed into Heaven by her beloved dogs, Gypsy and Lizzie. Born September 5, 1943 in Cleveland, she was the only daughter of Frank and Virginia Taylor.
Jackie was a graduate of Parma High School who continued her education at Kent State University, earning her bachelor’s degree. She followed her calling as a special needs teacher and touched countless lives. Jackie also served as the director of a daycare for the Salvation Army in Akron. She had an adventurous spirit, traveling the world, her favorite trips were to Africa and she embraced cultures across the globe. Jackie owned both a pet store and a flower shop, combining her love of animals and beauty. She was an avid reader of crime and mystery novels and a passionate supporter of animal charities.
She will be missed by her son, David (Jennifer) Keller; grandchildren, Cassie (Jacob) Rodenbucher and Abbey Keller; great grandson, Colt Rodenbucher; special friends, Cathy Krumins and Jill Greenwell; and her adored dogs, Parker, Maggie and Morty.
In keeping with Jackie’s wishes she has been cremated. Private family services will be held at a later date. Charitable contributions may be made to any local humane society.
