James Didier Obituary

He was born on September 5, 1940 in Adrian, MN, the son of Oscar and Leora (Arens) Didier. After graduating from high school, James attended Dunwoody College of Technology. He married Claudia (Mondt) Didier on October 1, 1966. She passed away on June 20, 1984. James later married Lucie (Pulkowski) Didier on July 24, 1998.
He was previously employed at Beloit Corporation as a Mechanical Engineer. James enjoyed big band music, dancing, woodworking, doing yard work and working in his garden.
Survivors include his wife, Lucie; children, Craig Didier, Korin (David) Peck, and Heidi (Carl) Helling; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one brother, Stanley Didier.
James was predeceased by his parents; his twin sister, Judy Koch; and sister, Diane Miller.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, 2222 Shopiere Rd. Beloit, WI, with Father Jim Murphy officiating. A visitation of remembrance will be held from 9:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Saturday at the church.
