Kenneth Anthony Colaluca Jr.

East Greenwich, RI – Kenneth Anthony Colaluca, Jr., 55, of Hoboken, NJ, entered his eternal rest on July 1, 2025, surrounded by his family at the home of his parents in East Greenwich, RI.
Ken was born in Louisville, KY and was raised in Rhode Island. Ken loved learning and could read at the age of four. He was a graduate of Moses Brown School, Providence in 1988. While a student there he enjoyed participating in varsity sports including baseball, cross-country and wrestling. He received an award for the fastest pin in the school's history (17 seconds) and kept us all laughing explaining his philosophy of "just do it".
Ken earned a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University in 1992. At Georgetown he studied Accounting and International Business and was an officer at a student run corporation called The Corp. Ken earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Pennsylvania in 1996. The same year he was admitted to the bar in multiple states.
Ken enjoyed listening to music and attended live performances of his favorite groups whenever possible. He once won a trip to a Rolling Stones concert with limo service and front row seats. Baseball games were a favorite of his, especially the Red Sox.
Ken loved his family and followed his children's achievements with pride and gratitude. Ken loved big family Italian holiday dinners, his friends and his catholic faith.
He shared a commitment to excellence with his colleagues and co-workers at Barclays NY and because of that commitment they shared success.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his children Keira Alexis Colaluca and Kenneth Anthony Colaluca III of New Providence, NJ. He also leaves his brother Andrew Paul Colaluca, and his parents Kenneth and Joyce Colaluca as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He will forever be loved and greatly missed.
Calling hours will be held at Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home, 659 East Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, from 4:00 – 7:00 PM. His funeral will be held from the funeral home on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 8:45 AM followed by a mass of Christian burial in Our Lady of Mercy Church, 65 Third Street, East Greenwich, RI at 10:00 AM. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
