She was born February 24, 1951, in Garfield Heights, Ohio. Lee was a 1969 graduate of Aurora High School. She married David in 1972 and they enjoyed 50 years of marriage. Lee worked as an accountant, eventually retiring from Owen E. McCafferty, Inc. In her retirement, Lee spent her time working on the family farm, Spring Mist Farms, LLC, and watching her grandchildren. Throughout her life, Lee liked to travel, read, spend time with family, was an officer in the Ladies Auxiliary of the Brunswick Fire Department, a VFW auxiliary member, a member of the Brunswick Fire Department; where she served as an EMT, and a long-time member of the Brunswick United Methodist Church, serving in several roles including a treasurer and in the choir.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Brunswick Area Historical Society or Western Reserve Fire Museum and Education Center at 310 Carnegie Ave., Cleveland, OH 44115.
