After graduating from Appleton East High School, Tad pursued a career as a foreman at Americold Logistics. He was known for his strong work ethic and good sense of humor. Tad was an avid outdoorsman that loved hunting and fishing. He also had a strong passion for motorcycles and cars.

On August 8, 2008, Tad married the love of his life, Sarah Haufe. Together, they shared many cherished memories and supported each other through all of life's ups and downs.
