SUMMITVILLE, IN – Teri L. (Hale) Wable, 76, entered peace and rest on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, from Community Hospital in Anderson following a brief illness.
She was born on August 29, 1947, in Muncie to Bernard and Lola (Hewitt) Hale and has resided in Summitville since 1998. Teri was a graduate of Daleville High School-Class of 1965. She had worked as a classroom aide at the former Brentwood School in Anderson. Teri dedicated her life to the care and nurturing of her family, especially her daughter Angela. She enjoyed crafts and knitting. She was a music lover and especially enjoyed Josh Groban. Teri's beautiful and warm smile will be sadly missed, but fondly remembered.
Survivors:
2 Daughters-Amanda (Mike) Fuson and Alicia (Larry) Wable-Jewell all of Anderson
Son-James Wable in Colorado Springs, Colorado
6 Grandchildren
3 Great-Grandchildren
Mother-Lola Hale of Muncie
Sister-Kathy Hoblitt of Portland, Oregon
Several nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her father, her husband-James Wable in 2004, her daughter-Angela Wable in 2023
Private interment services will take place in Vinson Memorial Cemetery in Summitville at the convenience of the family.
Owens-Noffze Funeral Home in Summitville has been entrusted with Teri's care and service arrangements.

Teri was the wife of my childhood friend, Frank, and became a very dear friend for life. Her heart was so full of love for her family and close friends. I know she is at peace with Frank and daughter Angie. I miss them all.
