Thomas “Tom” Eugene Donoho, 76, of Anderson, Indiana passed away peacefully at home at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 14, 2024 with his wife, Sue Ann and daughter, Lisa by his side.
Tom graduated from Frankfort High School, class of ’67 and Purdue University with a degree in Organizational Management as well as a degree in Electrical Engineering. He worked in public utility for over 42 years, serving as Superintendent of Frankfort and Anderson Utilities. Upon retirement he enjoyed lake DeWart, animals, food, cooking, good friends, Fox News and talking.
Tom was a saved Christian and firm believer in Christ. He was a good man, full of generosity and loved the communities he served.
He was preceded in death by his son, Thomas Keith Donoho.
Tom is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Sue Ann Lucas Donoho of Anderson, IN; daughter, Lisa Ann Donoho Patton of Anderson, IN; granddaughter, Katelyn (Alex) Capps Greeno of Mulberry, IN; great granddaughter, Norah Laine Greeno of Mulberry, IN; grandson, Thomas Matthew Donoho of Nevada; sister, Teresa Martin of Tennessee; Treva Donoho of Frankfort, IN, and Toni (George) Slaughter of Frankfort, IN; brother, Ted (Sherry) Donoho of Flora, IN; and several nieces and nephews across the United States.
A special thanks to the hospice nurses and volunteers of Community Hospice of Anderson for their exceptional care of Tom. Also to the FHS class of ’67.
A Celebration of Tom’s life will be held at Kilmore Church on December 7, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
