Alyssa Leigh Sudduth passed from this life on October 1, 2025, at the age of 19. Born on February 21, 2006, Alyssa lived a life full of creative expression, selfless service, and love in action.
Alyssa was a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and her care and compassion left a lasting impression on every patient she served. She was pursuing her nursing degree at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO), dedicating herself to her studies with the same heart and determination she showed in her work.
Alyssa graduated as the Valedictorian of the McLoud High School Class of 2024. She was a bright student, a high achiever, and a friend to many. During her school years, she participated in several activities - one of her favorites being cheerleading. Her radiant smile could light up any field or court, and her spirit lifted those around her.
After graduation, Alyssa enrolled at Rose State College where she receive her Associate degree in Science, and later Mid-Del technology center, where she earned her CNA certification, taking the first step toward her dream of becoming a pediatric nurse.
She expressed herself most vividly through her art, often filling notebooks and canvases with her thoughts and emotions. Her beloved dog, Sissy, was never far from her side, a constant companion through quiet moments of creativity.
Alyssa also had a deep love for reading, often getting lost in books that transported her to other worlds. Music brought her joy - whether she was singing at the top of her lungs, dancing through the house, or both at once. She had a curious mind and a talent for puzzles, always welcoming a challenge. Her fascination with butterflies was unmatched; she delighted in sharing her impressive knowledge of them with anyone who would listen.
Despite her petite frame, Alyssa had a famously big appetite and could proudly out-eat just about any man at the table - a trait that brought laughter and surprise to many family meals.
Alyssa is survived by her father, Duane Sudduth, and his wife, Keeley; her siblings: brother Tyler Sudduth; sister Amanda Wigington and her husband Brayden; brother Ryan Rogers; brother Kyler Rogers; sister Kasey Sturm and her husband Andrew; and sister Keelin Rogers. She is also survived by her grandmother Becky Jeffries; grandmother Carolyn Sudduth; uncle Josh Sudduth; aunt Sheri Andrews; as well as many other loving family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Tracy Sudduth; her grandfather Bill Jeffries; and grandfather David Sudduth.
Services to celebrate Alyssa's life will be held at First Moore Baptist Church in Moore, Oklahoma, on Thursday, October 9 at 1:00 p.m.
Alyssa will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, her boundless creativity, and the immeasurable love she gave so freely. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, resilience, and joy - one that will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

She loved her dogs so much they gave her so much happiness even when they annoyed her while she was studying for school

I don't remember how long she worked with us at Panda Express, but she was a bright light while she was there! We were all devastated to hear about her passing and it's been tough.

We wanted to express how much we enjoyed her company and hard work while she was there. She was always flying around store helping out. I only wish I would have seen her more after she left.

My deepest sympathy for her family and friends who loved her

I´m am so sorry for your family´s loss of such an amazing young lady. Alyssa was so kind and sweet. We all loved her and when she would work on my unit, she was so amazing with our patients. It´s hard not seeing her face or hearing her laughter. She was an amazing human. We will miss her dearly.
