Jeanerette – A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am, on Monday, April 29, 2024, at Pellerin Funeral Home, for Benjamin Guy LeJeune, 29, who passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
Entombment will be at a later date.
Rev. Keith Landry will officiate.
Visitation will be Monday, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at Pellerin Funeral Home.
A native of New Iberia, Ben was born on July 28, 1994, and was a 2016 graduate of Westgate High School. He enjoyed listening to music underneath the carport, playing with toys, especially his “Musini”, riding on the four-wheeler and in the truck, and going swimming in Letty’s pool.
Ben was the kindest and sweetest person. He always had a smile on his face, that would light up the room. He will be deeply missed.
Survivors include his father, Guy H. LeJeune, Jr.; sister, Mary Beth LeJeune Cook (Michael); nephew, Jackson Cook; godparents, Lisa LeJeune Freyou and Kevin Rodrigue.
Ben was preceded in death by his mother, Beth Rodrigue Broussard; grandparents, Hartman LeJeune and Loretta LeMaire LeJeune; great grandmother, Dorothy Hartman LeJeune.
