Born in Cape Charles, Virginia, a son of M. Geraldine Barr and Harry J. Morris, he was raised in Chestertown, Maryland and graduated from Kent County High School in 1982.
Prior to retirement, Carl has worked in various maintenance roles at Washington College and for the State of Maryland among others.
Carl enjoyed spending time with his son Brandon. His hobbies and interests included Nascar, hot rods, bowling and shooting pool with his friends, and collecting Batman and other memorabilia.
In addition to his late parents and his grandparents, Carl was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Anthony Morris, and his uncle, Lawrence Albert Morris. Carl is survived by his son, Brandon Morris; his brother, James, husband of Kim Morris; his nephew, Jacob and his niece, Samantha.
Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Williams Funeral Home and Burial Services. Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family at a later date.
