Donald C. Taylor, affectionately known as Donny, passed away on August 17, 2025, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Born on April 4, 1966, in the same city, he lived a life full of music, laughter, and cherished memories. Donald was a proud graduate of Oak Hills High School and took pride in his connection to the community.
In his professional life, Donald dedicated many years to working at Kroger in Delhi, where he became a familiar face and friend to countless customers and colleagues alike. His vibrant personality and youthful spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Donald’s passions included music, particularly as he was a devoted singer in a Death Metal Band, an achievement that he regarded among his proudest accomplishments. He also held a particular fondness for horror movies, often enjoying the thrill they brought.
He is survived by his loving family. He was a devoted father to Leah (Jimmy) Daria and Amanda (Matt Newman) Taylor, and a cherished grandfather to Isabella, JD, and Chloe. Donald was a beloved son of Patricia (nee Qualters) and the late Donald B. Taylor, also he was a caring brother to Michael (Melissa) Taylor and Mark Taylor. Additionally, he was a dear uncle to Savannah, Lauren, Augustus, and Alessandra, all of whom will miss him deeply.
A visitation to celebrate Donald's life will take place on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at St. Dominic Church (Gathering Space) in Cincinnati from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM, followed by a Mass at the same location starting at 10:00 AM. This gathering will provide family and friends an opportunity to honor his memory and share their stories of a life that touched so many.
Donald C. Taylor leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and music that will resonate in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
