Ray is preceded in death by his parents Ethan Allen Pamplin, Jr. and Mary Estelle Archer Pamplin. He is survived by his sister Helen O. Feyereisen and her husband Raymond F. Feyereisen, niece Patricia L. Desbrow, nephew Ronald R. Feyereisen, several grand nieces and nephews and dear friend Sharon Turpin.
Services will be held in Matoaca, Virginia.
