Mr. William Bradford Redd "Will", 51, of Dunwoody, GA passed away on August 17, 2022. Will was born on February 19, 1971 in Gainesville, FL. His family settled in Georgia, which was always "home" to Will. After graduating from Dunwoody High School, he attended Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia, where he was a proud member of the Alpha Tao Omega Fraternity. He moved to Athens, Georgia where he began his management career in the restaurant industry. Will was happiest when he was with his family. He was a loving father to his 2 sons and enjoyed spending time with them and following all of their sports and activities. He loved all sports, but was a diehard Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldog fan. He also loved hunting and spending time outdoors and sharing all of these activities with his boys and family. He will be remembered for his thoughtful nature, his laughter and jokes and most of all, the love he had for his family. He was a blessing to them and will be immensely missed and remembered by all who knew and loved him.

Will leaves behind his sons, William Bradford Redd II and Nicholas Pete Redd; mother, Patricia "Patsy" Rhodes Redd; father, Wilbur Bradford Redd III; brothers, Matthew (Brandie) Redd and Adam (Kristen) Redd; nephew Rhodes and nieces Stella, Mallory, Sidney, Maia, Naomi, and his former wife Kathy Nilo Redd. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William ("Bill") and Ruth Rhodes of Athens, GA and Col. Wilbur "B" and Ruth Redd of Myrtle Beach, SC. A graveside service will be on Friday, August 19, 2022 at 2:00pm at Evergreeen Memorial Park, Athens, GA. The family will receive family and friends on Thursday, August 18, 2022 from 6-8pm at Crowell Brothers Funeral Homes & Crematory in Peachtree Corners.

So sorry for the Redd family. I knew the Redds when I volunteered at the sports center at Dunwoody Baptist. May you find peace in the love of God.
