Andy and my late husband Bill Flynn met when they both joined the Board of NCCET. They were friends for 25 years and worked closely together growing and managing NCCET. Andy was a wonderful man, and he will be missed. My condolences to all of his family.

My deepest condolences to Andy´s Family and Friends. Andy was my first supervisors when 40 years ago I arrived to the US as a refugee. I have been always very grateful to him for hiring me despite my poor English and for always believing in me. I loved working with Andy. It is with profound sadness we all have to say good bye to you Andy. RIP. Maria

My heartfelt condolences to every family member and close friend of Andy's. I truly loved Andy, and it was a sheer joy working with him. In fact, we were working on a grant together and have met virtually every week for years. I can't believe this and will miss him so much! Bless you all.

Wayne & Terri, and Carol and all the family...I was stunned to get this news today from someone in my area who worked for Andy. The last we had been in touch was when Dorothy died. I recently attempted to connect with Andy thru this employee and he said Andy would be in touch with me tho I didn´t hear from him. My heartfelt sympathies to all of you.

Andy was a wonderful friend and colleague at Anne Arundel Community College. A dedicated educator, he was focused on student success and maintained the highest standards for student learning. I enjoyed working with him and was so glad we became friends. He was smart, accomplished, fun, and never suffered fools gladly. He will be missed.

Andrew was the most kind and supportive administrator/friend who welcomed my idea to create the Creative Writing AFA for Anne Arundel Community College. Just a wonderful, kind and thoughtful man. So sorry to hear about his passing.
